My concept of feminism in a nutshell.

"Real feminism is defined by women who can, and do, take care of themselves. Real feminists don’t look for a Prince Charming to rescue them, and they don’t look for a handout. That sort of entitlement mentality hurls women back several decades, when it was expected that someone else (a man) would pay their way. Liberal feminism has morphed into a laughable movement filled with harpies who hold up signs saying, “Hoes before embryos” while defining themselves entirely by their “lady parts.” We, on the other hand, define ourselves by our character, our passions, our loves, our strengths, our abilities and our successes." Source: https://www.facebook.com/constitutionalist.conservative?hc_location=stream

I'll add that feminism is about choices, not predestination. It's not your life's work as a woman to take care of anyone unless you choose to do so (unless you've already made the choice to bring a child into the world, and in that case, step up girlfriend). If you do make that choice, you are embarking on something that requires strength, perseverance, and humility. If you do not, you are embarking on something different which will require another set of skills and strengths. Still your life's work; it is not anyone's to judge but your own.

The world is your oyster. Show em' what you got!
